Anyway I was playing at Circa last night and the pit boss introduced me to a "Host". The guy offered me a room for the night, told me he would send the limo for me when I come back, he said to just put my food on the room and he will take care of it etc..
It was a very nice gesture but I'm not even a high roller. So it got me confused.. what kind of spend do these people expect to keep these kinds of comps? If you do have a host how do you utilize him or her? Do they ever just start ignoring you because you don't play enough?

Hi everyone. My baby will be one in less than two weeks. In the last week or so she’s been rejecting food and only wants to nurse, and I want to check with a source other than her doctor to see if this is anyone else’s experience or whether I should be concerned.
Over the last several months she’s naturally been more interested in food and nurses a lot less. She would nurse throughout the night until 10 months, but rather abruptly stopped that and now typically nurses at wake up, after her two naps, and before bed. She is offered three meals a day and a snack or two, and has access to water all day long.
I have always felt like our otherwise great pediatrician isn’t the most supportive of breastfeeding. Early on she would be sort of pushy when asking how many ounces of milk our baby was consuming despite her consistently being in the 75+ %ile on the growth curve, and of course I had no idea how many ounces since she’s always nursed. This always felt like the wrong answer which made me feel a bit judged. After we introduced solids, we also tried to follow baby’s cues. She wasn’t super interested in food until about 7 months even though we would offer it every day. At baby’s 9 month check up, the pediatrician seemed critical that she wasn’t having three solids meals a day. At that point she was offered at least two every day and inconsistently I’d offer her lunch, but after that visit I pretty militantly started offering three meals a day. She would almost always reject breakfast and lunch, then over time got to eating most of what she was offered which coincided with the reduced breastfeeding at her lead.
So now over the last week or so, she’s been consistently rejecting breakfast (might take two bites then eagerly does the all done sign and fusses until I get her out of the high chair), usually rejecting lunch, and then having a bit of dinner here and there, though some days she will have a good bit at dinner. She’s still very interested in snacks like blueberries and cheerios when offered, but she has wanted to nurse all. the. time. This has been a little frustrating for both of us because her upper teeth are coming in and it’s making me sore, plus I’m clearly not producing the volume I used to so she tends to get upset by that. I’ve withheld it a couple times when she clearly wants to nurse, partly because I am just touched out, but also partly thinking maybe it’ll encourage her to eat more solids.
Anyway, with her being so close to one, is this something I should be concerned by? Could it be related to teething? Her doctor’s appointment is the day after her birthday and of course I will bring this up there, but knowing our pediatrician I almost anticipate that she will say I should stop nursing her altogether or something that feels extreme like that. We had a rough start to breastfeeding and I feel incredibly grateful that we will have made it to a year which was my original goal, but lately I’ve been planning to try to make it to two years, but I don’t want to impede her development if it’s interfering with her eating solids or could create any problems for her.

On occasions, he does like to sleep on my bed while I study. I was wondering how long I should air out my room or keep the diffuser off until I can let him in? He does have asthma which is why I’m trying to be very cautious. I also always have my fan on to help air things out. I haven’t been using it lately because I wanted some guidance but I would like to start using it again as I’m at my desk most hours of the day studying.
Background: He’s a 2 year old mixed breed and on albuterol for his asthma. He’s also neutered and around 10 lbs. He hasn’t shown any symptoms of respiration problems ever since being on albuterol. He also crawls into dusty corners sometimes (we try to limit this) to hide from loud noises and he’s never exhibited any worrisome behavior. He’s a purely indoor cat too.

On the other hand, some see it as just an angry nu metal album by a mainstream band and find it insulting that anyone dare call it a heavy masterpiece.

I just got a Porter 30 and it seems to be great, however it appears that the straps are off-center (to the right, looking at it from the strap side) by about an inch.
The right-hand strap aligns directly with the clip for the load lifter, but the left hand one is at least a full inch off. The same offset seems to exist for everything on the back panel - it's all offset.
There don't appear to be any issues with the stitching, and this overall appears to be quite intentional as nothing seems wrong, but it also feels quite odd for this to not be aligned.
Does anyone know if this is actually as designed? I'll drop a picture in the comments here when I can figure out how to upload.

Okay, so I was randomly banned (without reason) on Hinge and Tinder a couple months ago. Since then, dating wise, all i have is Grindr (i know) and Bumble. I feel like grindr is not the place to find people who want dates even though i’m aware it’s possible. And then Bumble is an app that doesn’t have as many people on it as the other ones. Before i get those comments: I’m very aware that you can meet people in real life.
I live in NYC so the dating options are endless but after being here for a few years it’s very obvious that it’s a quantity over quality situation lol..

 | Was doing a preventative maintenance and found this LAC ( low ambient cooling control) Partially exploded 😂 . My guess is that it shorted internally . New to the trade since August , any input helps on how to diagnose while onsite without having a new one on hand . I’m currently waiting for a formal assessment for high functioning autism but my psychiatrist, who treats me for bipolar and ADHD, strongly suspects I have it. Wait time is probably 6 months, maybe more, maybe less.
My partner and I recently split and I’m at a point in my life where I’m choosing to do things a different (and hopefully better) way. Currently, my bipolar is stable and my ADHD is really well treated, but I’m wondering what happens once you’re diagnosed? Whilst I’m still dubious, my psychiatrist tells me he’s ‘never been wrong in 20 years’!
I have a stable job but I’m struggling to keep up, so I’m wondering if support would be offered regarding possible career options? I’m also thinking about pursuing my masters in neuroscience and going into academics. My partner and I no longer live together and I’m quite heavily in debt after she tore a whole in my life, so I’d appreciate some advice outside of my family about how to deal with my finances. I’m good with money, don’t get me wrong, but my ex did a bit of a number on me and I’m struggling. My family are really good to me though, albeit reluctantly as I’m quite independent. I also struggled with addiction a while ago, but I’m now confident I’m on top of it. That being said, the trauma of our breakup set my impulsivity on fire so to speak, so I want to be certain it’s a thing of the past.
‘Blue sky thinking’ this is probably the best time to get a diagnosis, but I’m wondering what support is offered in your localities? I feel guilty accepting any kind of support generally because I a) work in healthcare myself and b) always want to be independent, but I guess a bit of help here and there wouldn’t go amiss. Financially my family have helped me budget, I have access to counselling through work if I want it and I have a stable home, but what is typically offered by teams supporting adults with autism?
Like I said, I’d feel guilty accepting any kind of support because I’ve always been independent, but my parents are getting older and I also have a daughter to think about so… every little helps I guess? Any and all words welcome, new here so hi I guess as well!

‘Blue sky thinking’ this is probably the best time to get a diagnosis, but I’m wondering what support is offered in your localities? I feel guilty accepting any kind of support generally because I a) work in healthcare myself and b) always want to be independent, but I guess a bit of help here and there wouldn’t go amiss. Financially my family have helped me budget, I have access to counselling through work if I want it and I have a stable home, but what is typically offered by teams supporting adults with autism?
Like I said, I’d feel guilty accepting any kind of support because I’ve always been independent, but my parents are getting older and I also have a daughter to think about so… every little helps I guess? Any and all words welcome, new here so hi I guess as well!

I am buying the materials for a 20 ft by 20 ft by 8' tall EMT shade. We will have 10x20 shades on 3 of the sides at angle outwards (~ 6') towards the ground.

Your stance on Michael Block might be the most controversial topic in golf right now. Some people love him, others despise him, he’s a feel good story in some eyes, and an arrogant old head pro in many others. Despite your opinion, he is unanimously a great golfer, just not great enough to hang with the best in the world a second time. This just shows how well conditioned these pros are both physically and mentally, they’re on another level. They’re consistently in headlines, accustomed to the pressures of golf media, but more importantly they are constantly prepping and playing in huge events. Block hasn’t felt that pressure, he hasn’t had to play with the world on his shoulders, he doesn’t have the mental fortitude of a PGA pro. This all equated to him finishing dead last at 15 over par prior to the weekend, and considering the leader after two days was 12 under par, he wasn’t on the same planet as the rest of the field. Despite the missed cut, and several news media outlets attacking his character, he stayed at the course for 3 hours post round to sign items for the kids. Sure he has made some snobby comments, but overall this story has been good for golf. It has brought tons of eyeballs to the sport, and created a narrative for non-golf people to follow. Luckily, Block will be teeing it up at the RBC Canadian Open from Jun 8-11, so this story doesn’t end here, stay tuned.
