Funniest morning memes

Sorry if this post is all over the place; it's my first time posting on reddit. I thought I might describe the whole relationship we had and what went down, in case it changed the etiquette. I'll put the beginning of the current situation and the actual issue in bold if someone wants to skip the massive backstory.
So, the thing is, I (now 24F) became really close friends with a girl (now 23F) from my grup at university 3 years ago. We were both good students, liked similar things, watched some of the same movies and shows, loved cats etc., so we quickly bonded. We became nearly inseparable, we studied together, shared all our notes, hung out after classes, I met her gf and spent time with them, and when they unfortunately broke up, I did everything I could to support my friend (and I was really really worried about her mental health, I got like 3 hours of sleep that first night between physically staying with her and then texting, I started inviting her to my family outings etc.), eventually (near the end of the friendship last year) I was even invited to spend a week at her house with her family and while I was there, I was also invited to her older sister's wedding that was happening about a month later (a lot of people started saying they wouldn't attend so the thought was that if I came, then at least some of the money wouldn't go to waste, I suppose).
While things started off great, they changed over time. Like I mentioned, she got that gf and I didn't have the time for dating and wasn't even particularly interested in the guys around me to begin with. She also got cats and then fostered kittens. So her life got busier while mine didn't, and I understood that. The workload of sharing notes started shifting to where I was doing increasingly more. But I was doing it mainly for myself anyway, so I saw no harm in sharing what I had.
But I'm not going to lie, it started getting more and more irritating. Sometimes we'd agree to split the questions between the two of us 50/50 and the day before the test she'd text me saying she wouldn't be able to do her part because she had had a migraine (I got that) and then she took her cats for a long walk, and also her new gf showed up at her place too (that I didn't get). By the time I finished the whole thing, she was asleep and read what I had prepared in the morning. Whatever.
Things started getting bad a year and a half ago, around the time of her sister's wedding. I live in the city where we study but she only rents a flat for the two semesters and goes home halfway across the country for any longer breaks. She was looking for a new place and I went to see one of the flats for her but ultimately, it fell through. Later, she found a place and decided to take it without sending me there to look at it - but she did ask me to get the keys from the owner. It happened the day before I was leaving for that wedding so I could take the keys with me. I agreed no problem but then she changed her mind, calling the whole thing off - only to change it again after a few hours. I told her it's okay but to please let me know earlier if we're ever in a similar situation again (I still had to pack, also it was quite some distance for me to travel so I lost about an hour on public transport, and ofc I had to buy myself tickets - but I didn't mention any of that). Which apparently was a wrong thing to say 'cause she got mad and started ignoring my text messages, including the ones where I asked what time I was supposed to meet the owner (I didn't have the lady's number). When she finally responded, she said she didn't know. Always one to placate others, I started politely asking her to please find out because I didn't want the owner to wait for me, blah blah blah. Eventually, we figured it out, I handled it and went back to preparing.
The wedding was a disaster in itself. It involved her absurdly creepy cousin who clearly had never spoken to a girl and after just 1 day was convinced we were in love and would be together. I understand she found my following her irritating but I didn't really know anyone else and I was freaked out by the cousin - and her egging him on didn't help xd One of the instances was when he kept openly staring at me (y'know how when you look at somebody and they look your way, you look away? well, he didn't) and I decided to kind of show him I wasn't there specifically as his plus one, so I asked my friend's plus one (he's gay and we had met a few times before) to go dance with me, and he was happy to go with me - but my friend said that no, he was there with her and I could go dance with the cousin. And when I finally snapped and glared at her and said firmly but quietly (so no one else could hear) to stop (she was laughing about how he and I should get a photo together for the wedding photobook), she got mad at me. Well, fine, it was just a few hours, I could sit at the table and endure the creepy staring, it's not like he'd try anything with everyone watching. My friend's plus one had a cold or something so I decided to leave with him. Apparently, she was upset that we left so early. The next day, she wasn't speaking to me until we had to leave for the afterparty and did some shopping together etc. But during the party she kept to her sister and her bff and I didn't want to cause any more trouble between us so I stayed on my own - until the cousin showed up. Now, I'm the type of person who freezes when in a sudden, stressful situations, and that's exactly what happened. He tried holding my hands, again stared at me, didn't realise my constant fiddling with my phone was an indication that I didn't want to spend time with him, and generally made this whole day miserable for me. I was so stressed out I couldn't even eat anything. In the evening, hours later, my friend realised what was happening and decided to drive me to her house early. Ofc he tagged along but she made sure to take him back with her. He kept texting me, saying he was going to go to the train station the next morning to see me off and that he would soon come to my city to visit me, and he could stay at my place while he was there. The next day, my friend's mom drove me to the station (my friend woke up too late to go), and once I was on the train, I blocked him. I also texted with my friend and found out that she, as well as her other cousins who sat at our table at the wedding, had approached the dude to tell him to stop but he ignored them. They eventually got his parents involved and that was why he wasn't at the train station. It made me feel much better about the whole thing, since she didn't abandon me like I thought she had. And again, I understand I was kinda a nuisance - a shy stranger at a family gathering.
After that, things were good for a while. But then, the classes started again and it was becoming stressful and taxing again. We have extracurricular classes we have to attend, and our group needed to prepare a short "article" on a topic we chose. I wrote the whole thing but asked the others to please read through it and let me know if they were okay with what I managed so I could send it to the teacher (they did). I also reached out to my friend and asked her specifically to let me know when she had a moment to read it because I valued her opinion a little bit more, since she would tell me if she didn't like something and the others wouldn't (it wasn't even 2 pages long), and she told me she would. Well, she never did, she started sending me memes and talking about the tests she re-took instead. So at the end of the day (the deadline), I asked her how her test went but because I was quite fed up, I didn't stop myself from adding, "thanks btw. next time, let me know you don't feel like doing something we agreed on so I won't have to wait unnecessarily". Should I have just ignored it and went on with my life? Yeah, sure. But I was angry and I don't think what I said was all that bad. Well, to her it was.
I had already noticed she didn't like any sort of critique of herself, even if it was something like us disagreeing on how to perform an experiment (the difference between us was that I had read the instruction). I suppose we both instinctively assume a bit more of a leadership role and sometimes we clashed because of that. She would get very defensive, and I suppose I did too. But in this particular instance, she clearly misunderstood me and an actual argument ensued. What I wanted to say was that I didn't like what our dynamic was, how I was doing so much and was held to those previous standards while she changed her mind whenever she felt like it, was much less reliable and I had to accommodate her almost all the time. But she seemed to think I was looking for gratitude for some reason? That's not what I care about at all; whenever I had some notes or excel sheets or whatever before the rest of the group, I always shared it on our group chat, and never expected thanks or anything. When I discuss a question that may be on a test with somebody, once I find the correct answer, I send it to them, even if it's days later, simply because they wanted to know at one point. I don't care about gratitude and in fact, it makes me uncomfortable. I want to have a good relationship with everyone and if my openness with sharing means that in the future when I need some help, I can go ask one of those people and they will willingly help me, that's an added bonus. Idk why my friend would ever think that but once I realised there was that misunderstanding, I tried to explain what I meant before trying to placate her.
She, however, was really mad, and said a bunch of really hurtful stuff. That, in turn, made me remind her of how she had treated me at the wedding (apparently I was still salty about her initially egging her cousin off), and that prompted her to say that she never wanted me at that wedding in the first place and that I inject myself wherever I can. Now, I never told this to anyone other than my very best friend, but I think I might be somewhere on the autism spectrum and I really don't know how to read between the lines. It's not clear to me what's appropriate and what isn't. So when her mother came up with the idea of me coming to the wedding, my friend's sister gave me an invitation and my friend encouraged me to go, I simply thought it would be okay for me to do so. Now I know to keep to myself and to turn down any offers unless they come from my closest friends and family. But once I got those texts, I got really hurt and was desperately trying to just end the argument, let her be mad at me for a while and we could go back to normal again.
Well, she was apparently done. She ended the friendship and blocked me. Honestly, while it made me realise just how lonely I am, it also did me some good, I think. I focused on myself, my own studying, and haven't had to retake a single test up to this day. She, on the other hand, had to retake almost all of them. Idk if it was just her being used to me doing so much for her or if something else came up in her life, and frankly, I don't care anymore. I wasn't going to go out of my way to antagonise her or anything, we just ignored each other. Eventually, we had to work together on some project and that led to us sometimes talking to each other during a chat with other people from our group. We say hi when we see each other. But nothing beyond that. She unblocked me (idk if she needed to do that in order for us to be able to create a group chat with a third girl for the project, or if she just randomly decided to undo it, don't care) but we don't text or talk when it's just the two of us. I realised that even if she wanted to make amends, I wouldn't want to be friends with her anyway. I got burned and I learned my lesson. Sometimes I feel like I was being used, sometimes - like I overreacted and was too self-centered. At one point, she saw me crocheting something for a colleague (I picked up crocheting fairly recently, she didn't know about it) and asked if I would make something for her (a specific project that she'd pay me for). I was a bit hesitant and mentioned it to my best friend and she told me not to ever do it. She said my ex-friend treated me the way she did but wanted to still gain from me. So I decided not to do it after all. If she wants it, she can learn or find somebody else.
Now. After some time, when I was still blocked by her, I realised she had two of my books, and I had one of hers. I have been struggling with what to do since then. They're my books and I want them back. I have read one of them and the other one suddenly disappeared from all bookstores here so I couldn't get it if I tried. I'm upset over the fact but at this point I'd rather buy them again than have to reach out to her. But on the other hand, I have that one book of hers - and it's supposedly her favourite.
Now, we're probably going to see each other for the last time for an exam on Tuesday. The next time would be at our graduation in March of 2024. So here's my question: do I bring her book on Tuesday without saying anything? Do I hand it to her and tell her to keep my books or give them away to a library? Or do I keep her book as a hostage in case she ever wants it back?

So, one of my (3-m) good friends (3-m) moved abroad a few years ago with his then wife. They had a messy breakup not long after, then he immediately rebounded into a serious relationship with someone else, with whom he now has a child.
I remember him as a good natured, creative, curious and kind optimist, who cared about people and the planet. He grew up in a wealthy part of my country and has parents loved and supported him; he had a comfortable childhood and he was popular and well-liked as an enthusiastic, playful person, and he's got several siblings and they seem like decent, well adjusted people too.
I've been chronically ill for the last few years, so that's been on my radar front and center: first with an infectious disease then with some kind of fucked up reaction to the c-19 vaccine, which I've always recognised might be related to some kind of immune hangover from the previous illness-it's just impossible to know (TO BE CLEAR-I SENSE CHECKED THIS POST WITH MODS BEFORE POSTING IT BC IT DISCUSSES THIS). Adverse reactions happen to lots of medicines, for lots of reasons, and always have. Anyway, we've stayed in touch while he was away, and his life seemed to be going really well: good job, promotions, nice house, money and space for passion projects, his partner built up a successful, popular business. I met her briefly when they visited, and know she doesn't drink and was into 'wellness' but not much more than that; she seemed pretty stand offish among his friends but ok, it can be overwhelming meeting lots of people for the first time like that too.
The cracks seem to have started because of Covid and lockdowns: he told me she was dead set against the vaccine and that somehow it was not covid but people's fear and negativity that was provoking the ill-effects of the virus. Looking back that seems aligned to 'manifestation' and all that stuff, which it seems she is big into. That's fine if it just related to her, but it turned out she was also against him getting vaccinated, to the extent where she'd become angry with him. The vaccination of their kid-not just for covid, for anything-had also seemingly become a bone of contention too, and I could tell he was uncomfortable and concerned about that at the same time he seemed to be playing devil's advocate.
It pissed me off that my negative reaction to the vaccine seemed to have been used as some kind of justification for this. To be clear: I'm pro science, the reaction i had was the reaction I had, and I can't say if it was a direct, off-target response to the shot or some latent immune dysfunction I already had, but equally, I can recognise that peer reviewed studies have shown my experience isn't *so* rare and there's been questions about the integrity of the data obtained from the pre-trials as well as their effectiveness. I don't see it as being indicative of a conspiracy theory in any way: more like corporate greed and governmental panic in the face of a serious public health threat and global economic meltdown, and any discussion of wider impacts should be an evidenced based, expert led discussion. To be clear, while i've had the experience I've had and feel I've the right to talk about it, I've also never used it as a way to discourage others from getting vaccinated: if I was anti-vax I wouldn't have taken two doses to begin with.
Anyway, at the point these discussions were happening I worried about him getting sick and dying with a new kid, and felt he was being manipulated not to get it, and during long conversations, I did what I could to recognise that it wasn't risk free, but stressed my reaction was atypical and that nobody else in my family or friend group had experienced it, and that it could prevent the worst case scenario: in short, he was more likely to die from Covid than have negative impacts from the vaccine. It became pretty clear at that point he was parroting talking points he didn't really understand, and fundamentally, he did not understand that the vaccine wasn't there to prevent you getting the virus, but was instead intended to prevent it killing you if and when you did get it.
Eventually, he got it, but because he would have lost his job otherwise. She didn't, and has since given up her successful business in favour of pursuing a career as some kind of personality 'analyst'/parenting coach- something I didn't know much about but from everything I've read, seems to be a load of pseudo-scientific bullshit. Since then, his outlook has become far more combatative and paranoid: first talking about people like Jordan Peterson, then about government oppression surrounding covid restrictions and vaccine mandates, and most recently it's morphed into right-wing influenced theories that are essentially climate change denial and conspiracies relating to that, as well as 'lib bashing' and anti-trans memes. I no longer recognise this person as the tolerant, kind, and compassionate one I was friends with, and I can see where it's all heading.
The thing that confuses me the most is that fundamentally he's a winner in life: he's had a good upbringing, loving friends and family, a free choice of countries to migrate to, does what he wants to professionally, and has chosen to live in one of the safest, most liberal democracies in the world with good worker's rights and free healthcare. And yet, in this liberal, healthy, comfortable environment, he's fallen into some weird bubble of conspiracy, paranoia and hostility, and not only that, but he's now punching downwards at groups of people that when I knew him in younger life, he would never have done. I woke this morning to another shitty right wing meme about Ukraine being used by America as a stick to beat Russia, and immediately asked him what the joke is and if Russian war crimes should be allowed to stand without intervention.
I literally can't summon the strength to talk to him about it or speak to him at all now because it feels like to do so would only open pandora's box and formalise the end of our friendship. I've tried forwarding him some links that debunk the climate stuff he was ranting about but he didn't respond to any of them. At the point where I've been really ill for such a long time, and with all that does to the number of friends you have, the loss is perhaps a bit harder to bear and I've just not had the energy or strength to take on that sadness and stress. I think it's pretty clear all this stuff has been emanating from his partner and her group of friends, and I'm sure it's easier to roll with it than rock the boat when you have a child with that person, but can't really highlight that without basically seeming to be shitting on their relationship.
So, what to do? I feel like if I take a principled stand and say i'm not going to remain friends with him because his views are fundamentally incompatible with mine it might just solidify his stance and leave him completely under the influence of his partner. But equally, my influence obviously hasn't been enough to stop him getting worse anyway, so drawing a line under it might make him reflect a bit about where all this stuff leads to? He's supposed to be visiting again during summer which would be the first time I'd get to see him in 4 years and meet his kid, but as things stand i don't want to meet up if it means just holding my tongue if she/they start talking shit: in short, instead of looking forward to it I'm thinking of the quality of our phone calls over the last year and it's a source of dread.

I am crying right now haha I don’t know if sa exam stress ba or something else. I hate crying the most. I am in a LDR and I don’t know if I deserve this pain or not. I didn’t want to complain at all cause I am grateful naman but I cannot ignore my feelings din. My bf used to be affectionate and I was the opposite cause I had trust issues. He was consistent and that made me finally open up to him. We could've been 1 year sa August but we broke up (he did) and reconciled on Jaunary. Alam ko kasalanan ko kasi I accepted him back, pero I believed in his potential. He’s a sweet and loving person. But feeling ko disappointment and frustration na lang ang naffeel ko. I don’t want to give up or break up cause I believe na it’ll get better but idk now.
These past few months, we kept arguing and mostly sa time yun. He’s studying and part of many orgs. Nagiging toxic na ako, cause he shared his sched na hindi pala updated and he acts like he’s so busy pero when I check his sched, one class lang naman. He’d always go out with friends and drink tapos halos wala na kaming time for each other. Feeling ko ako ang nag bbeg. Sabihin ko man sakanya, he’ll acknowldge it pero no changed behavior. Feeling ko chore nalang ako, wala nga man lang good morning text (which means to me) these small things mean a lot to me. Late na sya umuuwi from his dorm and given the time difference halos 2 am na for me pero I’d still wait for him. Pag weekends, he’d go out with friends and play video games. Puro nalang ako waiting game kung kailan sya babalik. He’s not affectionate and when he does show me a tiny of it, parang mamatay na ako sa saya. Feeling ko super deprived ko na. I feel so alone. He always wants some sort of day off from me. I am jealous of other people’s relationships na nag video call or call for hours. Is it my fault na nag settle ako sa ganito? He’s not entirely a bad person. Pero hindi sya affectionate, while he laughs at memes or watch reels, nag lalambing ako and mostly na iignore lang sya. Since puro kami away the past few months, nung April when he acknowledged na may problema samin, kasi parang ayaw nga nya akong kausapin, he said he’ll do better. Sabi nya he doesn’t like me as he used to and it hurt me. Pero sabi nya we should prioritize falling in love again, Kaya daw kami nagaaway kasi hindi daw nya ako masyadong kinakausap (and sa days na yun, wala man lang text!) and nag kaka anxiety ako. Nung April di na kami nag aaway, I tried my best na hindi mag complain sa treatment nya. He started texting abit which made me happy pero few days lang yun. He stopped yet I tried to understand that, na baka busy lang sya but reason nya is he’s not waking up in the morning. Pero eventually it got to me. It happened again, he would disappear and not even update me. Now he's interning and has to commute and a few days WFH. I understand na hindi sya maka text or call during those times and busy but palagi nalang ba ako mag aadjust. Pag mag aaway kami, sasabihan nya ako na inconsiderate, na hindi daw enough para sakin. He dislikes that I am clingy. Before, I was patient and tried to understand him. Pero these days, burned out sa acads, plus personal issues, I just hope na he'd be at least supportive kasi exam week din. Last week, he disappeared and walang updates. I thought kahit 1 min lang sana para e text ako, then at the end of the day, he sent me pictures na nasa office pa sya. That's all I want sana, to feel included. Pero I missed him and nung Friday night - midnight for me, he called but all throughout the convo he kept saying he's tired and want to sleep. I felt a bit bad cause I really missed him and got sulky (which is my fault) the next day, he got mad kasi wala daw syang rights na matulog. In the middle of the fight, he left me cause ayaw daw nya ma stress. He just played games (cause I get a steam notification) and didn't bother saying anything the whole day. It really bothered me. We talked about it the next day and told him na I'd leave the next time it happens again. This week, mag review sana ako for exams and since wfh naman nya, I have to ask him but he declined..While yesterday, day off nya, I asked him if pwede kaming mag video call kahit naka mute ako and we did. Saturdays are usually his gaming day (to unwind) But last night while playing with his friends, he just dropped the call and akala ko na lowbat device nya and I texted him. He just said the internet was lagging so he dropped the call. I felt so bad cause he couldve said bye first or something. No goodnights or anything.. Today, I am reviewing again, and was expecting to hang out with him but he texted quite late na, mag day off daw sya from me and gave me reasons na stressful daw the next few days. I started crying lol (and now) I am typing this rant. I somehow expect na since he knows it's my exam week, he'd be supportive by being there even if he plays games but that's not the case. He's playing games again lol while I am crying.

I'm not the brightest, funniest, or coolest person, but I can spam texts and memes and tiktoks pretty good 😎 I enjoy most pc gaming and, like my hobbies, I hyperfocus on stuff and tend to cycle through things lol. Like I've enjoyed mmos like world of warcraft, mobas like LoL and hots, even some smite and dota(I'm crappy at everything :) ) uhhh I like xcom kinda, and alot of tactical or turn based stuff and rts games. I think the most recent games I've been into were bannerlord, stardew valley, and star renegades. I'd love a switch someday, and my partner has my 3ds even though she never plays the animal crossing game she wanted cx big fan of like fire emblem. I may or may not have emulated three houses on my pc(I keep forgetting to play).
I also really enjoy reading, or listening to books. We can talk about random books or authors some other time but my fav is brandon Sanderson, his cosmere books are just 10/10. I randomly pick up and start hobbies. I have a bunch of warhammer 40k models I need to finish, and bunch of second hand ones I haven't even started striping the paint off of, and while I wish I had the time or friends to play, I haven't really played. I'd love to pick up killteam and play someday, and I even bought table top simulator out of desperation lol. Anyways the main thing I like about the hobby is painting :)
Anyways I shouldn't make this so long, but if you're cool, and kinda nerdy you should totally chat with me! Preferably people around my age who are actually looking for friends :3 if you have pets we shall see who's pets are cuter. Also memes. Send memes.

I'd like to find someone who's currently trying to incorporate the same habits in their life as I do, to add also some bi-directional (?) accountability.
The list of habits is: no porn (mins \0), sleep (wake up & go to bed at acceptable time \2), taking meds (\3), hygiene (teeth morning\evening \2), meditation (mins \20), journaling (mins \20), cleaning (dishwashing does not counts, mins \10), job (\420), walking (mins \15), "quality" media (\30), youtube (no more than \15), reading (maniac uncontrollable binge-reading does not counts, mins \30), cooking for tomorrow (\1), fasting (\1), non-working communications are offline during the day (\1). There also evaluation of how satisfying the day was, how well did I slept, what drugs did I took except the "usual stack", and at what hour did I finished all the things (that one may be added too early, since I'm not always even beat all that).
If you don't understand what's so difficult about doing normal things - good for you. If you think that I've added to much - last 2 weeks I was doing like 70-90% of that generally, so I consider it just having a space for improvement, rather than overwhelming. And the general dynamic from last 5 months was nice. Except the downfalls, but whatever, I'm ok most of the times.
I'm tracking minutes of what I do for 7 years (and about 1 year in a strike). Just to feel more control over my life, or to see clearly where am I heading to (even if it's a ditch, though it is not, now). Since early January 2023 I also publish daily habit notes, a few (17...) lines like "Habit: 14\30" (=14 minutes\times is done today, out of desired 30), with a little thoughts on a day. So I know that some people will see how well I was doing today (public promises -> public accountability). I medicate (generic atomoxetine) for 48 days already and I'm getting better. Some studies say, that it's plateau may be achieved after many months and possibly years, which is promising. I use identiti app for month because some guy on /b is also using it and we share similar habits (my nickname is @cashuser, habit names/descriptions can be misleading for the sake of them being default ones, so app would automatically associate your habits with such of other person). I use Forfeit app for 2 weeks, added walking and journaling to it (will add more later), set the fee to 1$ but it's still refreshing when charged, and prioritizes added things even higher than your job, lol. And, finally, I'm posting this today (been planning to do so for a good 2 weeks). Incremental progress! Yeaaah!
Why didn't I added working out? It's ultraboring. Would add when I'll get used to all the stuff already present here. Why don't I use beeminer which is sooo cool? It has only 3 habits on free plan. Why don't I use SnapHabit? Because it would be too much apps even if it had userbase (which is doesn't). What's my job? Programming. Where do I post my daily habit reports? In the middle of the night, we returned to her apartment. I was honestly grateful for the elevator; otherwise, I would have died carrying her up the stairs.
We reached the sixth floor and slowly walked to her rented apartment door.
I tried to turn the door handle but it wouldn't budge. "Girl, Girl! The key!" I whispered, tilting my head to the left. "Mmm...left...left." she mumbled in response. I tried searching for the key in her left pocket with my left hand, and after finding it, I opened the door. "Honey, your shoes!" I whispered again, tilting my head to the left. "Mmm...socks...sucks." she replied – what the heck was she talking about?
I slowly let her sit down at the entrance and helped her take off her shoes. Afterward, I gently picked her up in a princess carry and moved towards the room at the end of the hallway on the right.
As we walked, she pinched my chest with one hand –you little sh-"Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! Let go!" I whispered and shook her slightly. "Hehe, boobies~" she mumbled and chuckled – was she pretending to be asleep?
Suppressing my laughter, I carefully placed her on the bed and covered her with a blanket.
She rested her head on the pillow, her right hand naturally positioned by her right ear. I gently pulled her left hand out and laid it straight on the blanket to keep her from kicking it off too soon. Her hair partially covered her face, so I brushed it aside.
She slept soundly, with her mouth slightly open. I couldn't help but stroke her cheek, and she smiled softly, perhaps dreaming of something pleasant.
But remembering the trouble she caused me earlier, I pinched her cheek. Her expression instantly turned sour, as if she'd tasted a lemon, and I almost burst out laughing.
Afterward, I left her room and gently closed the door behind me.
I took out my phone from my bag and glanced at the time – it was almost one in the morning. I noticed that I'd missed several calls from Ichigo while my phone was on silent and hadn't felt the vibration.
I decided to step outside to call him back. As I opened the door –

"Ah! What time is it, and you still came all the way here!? How did you manage to come?" I whispered to him as he stood at the doorstep. "Didn't I tell you this morning that it takes forever to catch a bus in this countryside? Well, it's still going on." He was still wearing that blue shirt, speaking softly with a smile.
I chuckled and hugged him. Suddenly, I felt something cold – he slowly pulled out two six-packs of bar beer.
He noticed the glass door. "Let's go to the balcony and have a drink!" He said happily in a low voice. I looked at him helplessly, but I figured he must have had a few drinks while taking the bus. I guessed he wouldn't stop until he was drunk.
I let him in and gently closed the door. "Is the kid asleep?" He whispered, turning his head. I nodded, and we both took off our shoes. He gently placed the beer on the table. "Weren't we going to drink on the balcony?" I asked him, puzzled. "There are no chairs on the balcony. Let's move some chairs over first."
What the heck – I slowly slid open the glass door, and we both quietly carried two chairs and a table to the balcony, placing the table between the seats. Afterward, we closed the door.
"Finally." I said in a normal voice. "Won't the kid wake up?" He asked me as he casually placed the two six-packs of beer on the table. "It's okay; the glass door has decent soundproofing." I replied.
Suddenly, he thought of something, opened the glass door, and tiptoed to the kitchen to look for something. "What are you doing?" I whispered to him from the outside. "Looking for her 'Emergency Stockpile' to use as a side dish." he whispered back with a chuckle. I had a feeling someone would be furious if she found out her "Emergency Stockpile" had been eaten.
He slowly walked back to the balcony, closed the glass door, opened a pack of sesame crackers, and placed them on the table, facing the balcony.
The two of us sat on the chairs under the brilliant moonlight, surrounded by stars. He unwrapped one of the six-packs of beer and then opened a can, handing it to me.
Because it had been shaken a bit earlier, the foam almost spilled out when he opened it. I quickly leaned in and sucked away the foam near the can's opening, taking a small sip in the process.
Ah, simple beer can be so satisfying. Then I saw him take a big gulp.
I reached into the bag and grabbed a sesame cracker, popping it into my mouth. The combination of beer and the crispy, sesame-flavored cracker was really amazing.
After a while, we finished one six-pack, so we opened another. As they say, in vino veritas.
"Today, I thought about what we talked about this morning." he said, taking a sip. "Hmm, why are you bringing it up now?" I replied, taking a sip myself.
"I don't know what I would do without you." he said with a smile, and I smiled back. "Is it really that exaggerated? Is this your alternative way of being affectionate, Ichigo-San?" I asked with a mischievous grin, taking another sip of beer.
"Well, you can think of it that way! My dear, beautiful, and enchanting wife!" He laughed and took a sip. Hearing that, I didn't know if my face was flushed from the beer or his words. I took another sip.
We both looked up at the stars in the sky joyfully, and after having a few cans of beer earlier, it seemed like there were even more stars than before.
"So, what's your dream?" he seemed to ask me.
"Finding a more handsome, bigger,longer,harder,thicker and stronger man through your connections?" I replied. They say drunk people speak the truth right? so fuck it why the hell not?
He burst out laughing and then took a sip. "What, am I not good enough for you?" he asked, smiling. "Well, it's because you're 'good enough' that I want to keep looking." I said with a laugh, taking a sip and realizing my drink was finished. I crushed the aluminum can and tossed it the nearby.
"But you know." I didn't know what I was doing, but I put my hand on his face, letting him look at me. "You're actually not bad." I felt like I was squinting slightly, probably shyly pursing my lips while looking into his eyes. He seemed to lean in, making me feel a touch of warmth on my lips.
Anyway, I reciprocated and even let him have a sip of the beer in my mouth. Our foreheads touched, and we looked at each other. In a daze, we grabbed another can of beer.
"Then do you know my dream -" He seemed to want to ask, but I answered him since I'd heard it a thousand times. "I know, I know, getting our little treasure and our little girls on the stage of Tokyo Dome!" I think I raised my voice a bit, waving my hands. It seemed like something splashed onto me.
"Will it be successful?" he asked. I sobered up a bit. "If we continue like this, and it's successful, will she be happy, apart from anyone else?" I responded.
"I don't know, all I know is I would be." he said, looking at the starry sky and taking a sip. "Yeah, you'd be happy." I also looked at the sky and took a sip. I grabbed a handful of something from a bag nearby and stuffed it into my mouth. It was crispy.
"Am I no different from a jerk?" he asked, looking at the sky, his hand holding the beer motionless. I looked at him vaguely, but my mind was clear.
"Your encounter with her is both a blessing and a curse for both of you." I said slowly, holding my beer. Just remembered how she was teasing me in front of the landlady this afternoon. "Maybe you're both jerks." I said with a laugh, and he chuckled and took a sip.

"Well, if her twins are born, would they be considered our grandchildren?" I asked him, looking for an answer.

We gazed at the stars above, as if transported back to the beginning. They say alcohol gives you courage.
"What if it continues like this? What will happen?" he asked, looking at the stars.

"You're starting to exaggerate." he said, closing his eyes and furrowing his brow at me.

1979: Ozzy Osbourne goes into rehab and continues to play for Black Sabbath, leading to them getting a Beatles-like Renaissance in the 80s, making Heavy Metal one of the 80s most notable music genres.
1980-1981: From February 1980 to August 1981, John Kricfalusi would heal his mental wounds at a mental institution.
1982: John Kricfalusi founds Spümcø, an animation studio that was founded due to John's perceived views on how Hanna-Barbera and Rankin/Bass, two studios he worked at, failed to make good cartoons.
1983: E.T. for the Atari proves to be a very good game, making millions for Atari. This would inspire them to improve their games on their future consoles such as the 5200 and 7800, leading them to become a fierce competitior in the gaming market. The last Atari console came out in the early 2000s.
You Nutzy Rascals!, a short made by John K., is the first to feature prototype designs of Ren and Stimpy.
1985: The War of the Worlds, a film made in collaboration with Disney and Jeff Wayne, based on his musical album adapting the H.G. Wells story, hits theaters. It is a critical and commercial success, cited for starting the Disney Renaissance. Disney and Jeff Wayne would collaborate two more times, making animated adaptations of The Modern Prometheus (1988) and The Time Machine (1992). It would enter the National Film Registry in 2022.
Warner Communications buys Warner Amex-Satellite Entertainment to make Warner MTV Networks.
1986: Ravel's Bolero becomes the theme to The Legend of Zelda. It would later serve to be the theme for the Zelda games in Japan, with a different theme for NTSC releases.
Cliff Burton survives a car crash and continues to play bass for Metallica, helping put thrash metal on the mainstream map.
1987: Morrissey and Johnny Marr become frenemies. The Smiths continue into the 1990s.
1988: During production of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Harrison Ford is shot and killed by a loaded prop gun. This would lead to it being hastily recut in time for 1989. It would lead to a heavy burden on Lucasfilm. The documentary Ford - Spielberg's Right Hand Man would be released in 2008 to great success.
1989: Doctor Who is saved from cancellation by BBC. It remains one of the longest running TV shows.
Sergio Leone dies of old age. He is remembered for his westerns as well as Don Quixote, The Phantom, and Leningrad: The 900 Days.
1990: John K. creates Big House Blues, the pilot for The Ren & Stimpy Show, which is picked up by Nickelodeon.
1991: Eddie Vedder dies in a car crash before the first Pearl Jam album is released. They find a new lead in Chris Cornell, who also sings for Soundgarden until their demise in 1997.
Ren & Stimpy airs on Nickelodeon, along with Doug, Rugrats, Tiny Toon Adventures, Taz-Mania (both this show and TTA would later air in syndication) and Big Beast Quintet (cancelled in 1993). It is currently the longest running American animated series, beating out Matt Groening's The Simpsons, who cancelled the show in 1998 in favor of working on the long-running Futurama which still airs today.
Tim Burton is attached to direct an adaptation of The Addams Family TV show as a movie. It would later spawn three sequels, with Tim leaving after the second movie. The latter two would be critically panned.
1992: Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace comes out, becoming the highest grossing film of the year. Episodes II and III would later come out in 1995 and 1998 respectively.
J.R.R. Tolkien dies at 100, finishing The New Shadow and The Silmarillion. He was also known for being war minister of the UK from 1940 to 1945.
Stephen Hillenburg is invited to work on Ren & Stimpy after showing his short film Wormholes at the TIFF.
Cartoon Network begins after Ted Turner merges with Viacom in 1986 and buys the Hanna-Barbera library in 1991.
1993: Spielberg quits directing after doing Schindler's List. This not only cancels plans for a Jurassic Park sequel, but also an adaptation of Supertoys Last All Summer Long.
1994: During filming of The Crow, Brandon Lee survives a shot from a prop gun. He would propel into superstardom. He is now known for playing Neo in The Matrix franchise and Johnny Cage in Mortal Kombat (1995).
Kurt Cobain announces the breakup of Nirvana as he goes into rehab. In 2002, the band reunited for You Know You're Right, an album that became a top seller. They still perform to this day.
1995: YouTube, a video sharing site, is released. It would not gain much popularity until 2001, where an influx of YouTubers would bring it to stardom.
Toy Story, a stop motion film, gains critical acclaim due to its incredible scale, becoming the 2nd highest grossing film of the year.
Sarah Michelle Gellar dies in a kayaking incident days before the release of her only film Clueless. This would cause Clueless to become the highest grossing film of the year and become known as one of the best teen films. It enters the National Film Registry in 2005. Bad Boys, a film released the same day as Clueless, would become the 6th highest grossing film of the year despite mixed reviews.
Spotify, a humble music downloading site, releases. In 1997, it would change into a music streaming site, and would often show ads for the latest in music.
Selena Quintalla survives being shot. Jennifer Lopez wanes in popularity.
1996: The Nintendo 64DD comes out in a partnership with Phillips, revolutionising the console industry by introducing CD memory, rising it above the PlayStation and Sega Saturn. One of the top best selling games would be Super Mario 64 2, the sequel to Super Mario 64. The 64DD would serve as motivation for Sega to complete Sonic X-Treme by 1997, which becomes a huge hit. This would give Sega the boost it needed to continue making consoles. Other Mario games made for the 64DD include Mario Takes America and Super Mario's Wacky Worlds.
The Nintendo Entertainment System (NES), which had been under a state similar to the Atari 2600, releases its last two games: Super Mario Legends, a game similar in style to the Mario Land games released by Nintendo R&D1, which becomes a minor hit and Animaniacs, a port of Konami's Game Boy game which got mixed reviews.
Tupac survives being shot while having a drive in Las Vegas. He still has a rap career.
Ren & Stimpy Go To Hollywood, a film released by Warner Bros., becomes the highest grossing animated film of the year, making over $600M. It has a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. This film would also have one of Ronald Reagan's last acting roles.
NDR Filmes' Cassiopeia gets fame for being the first completely computer-animated film. It gets an English dub for a worldwide release. It enters the National Film Registry in 2006.
After his work on Ren & Stimpy, Stephen Hillenburg pitches his own show to Nickelodeon about a sea sponge.
Rapper and music producer Andre "Dr. Dre" Young is shot and killed by a vengefully spiteful Suge Knight in a drive-by shooting, since Young left Death Row Records after accusing Knight of corruption the month prior. His death leads to tributes from fans and colleagues alike, and his first album The Chronic is praised for being influential. Tupac Shakur, in addition to being a rapper, assumes Dr. Dre's role as a music producer out of respect for his newly deceased friend. After Suge Knight is arrested and imprisoned for life due to murdering Young, Shakur takes over Death Row Records. The Chronic enters the National Recording Registry in 2019.
1996-2000: A teen-oriented sitcom, Still Clueless: The Story of Tai and Dionne, runs on ABC from September 20, 1996 to May 19, 2000 for a total of four seasons. A spinoff and continuation to the 1995 film "Clueless", starring the late Sarah Michelle Gellar as Cher Horowitz, and breakouts Regina Hall as Dionne Davenport and Brittany Murphy as Tai Frasier, the series follows protagonists and best friends Tai Frasier and Dionne Davenport as they navigate through life in college without their late friend Cher Horowitz who tragically overdosed to death at a party but hilarious scenarios ensue for the two friends as they mature together in college. Created by Amy Heckerling, Brittany Murphy and Regina Hall reprise their respective roles as Tai Frasier and Dionne Davenport from the 1995 film, and also stars Alan Rickman as the main antagonist, the corrupt and unfairly strict college dean William Davidson. The series becomes very beloved, successful, and memorable, just like its 1995 predecessor. The first season has 23 episodes, the second and third seasons have 22 episodes each, while the fourth and final season has 25 episodes, totalling up to 92 episodes. New episodes always would premiere at 8:30PM on Friday nights, with either a TV-PG or TV-14 rating. The show had a direct competitor in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, another teen-oriented series, which would on Fox for only one season consisting of only eighteen episodes from September 20, 1996 to May 9, 1997. Created by Joss Whedon and based loosely on the 1992 film of the same name, the series stars teen sensation Alicia Silverstone as Buffy Anne Summers, a teenage girl who fights evil vampirical creatures. The show would have a more darker and serious tone unlike it's more lighthearted and comedic competitor "Still Clueless: The Story of Tai and Dionne" on ABC, and new episodes would premiere at 8:30PM on Friday nights, all having a TV-14 rating. Of the two shows, "Buffy" would be less successful as the show would have a lukewarm reception and audiences would more than likely watch the more successful "Still Clueless", which would have an otherwise more welcoming reception (like it's 1995 predecessor). The show's lead actress Alicia Silverstone would still have a briefly successful career in Hollywood; unfortunately, her career would be cut short as she would die from a serious chest infection on February 11, 2002, at the age of only 25.
1997: Reddit, a news and discussion board, is released. It becomes very, very popular.
The Notorious B.I.G. survives a shooting like his friend and collaborator Tupac, and he continues to make music.
Aspiring rapper Sean "Puff Daddy" Combs is killed in a gang shootout in Los Angeles, California; however, right-wing news network Fox News reports the shootout as having happened in New York City, New York (which is untrue). This leads to rapper Christopher "Biggie Smalls" Wallace recording a single dedicated to Combs called "I'll Be Missing You" (which heavily samples "Every Breath You Take" by The Police) which was included as a bonus track on No Way Out, Combs' first and only debut album released posthumously on July 22, 1997. The album became influential in the years since Combs' death, proving that, even in death, one can still have a rap career and be influential. No Way Out would enter the National Recording Registry in 2007.
1998: Neon Genesis Evangelion is unknowingly localized by 4Kids, leading to a HEAVILY censored English dub that makes the show popular during the late 90s-early 00s.
Chris Farley wakes from a coma due to a drug overdose. After deciding to give the role of Shrek to Mike Myers his friend, he gets the role of Doug Heffernan on The King of Queens.
1999: Stephen Hillenburg's SpongeBob SquarePants airs on Nickelodeon. Although it is a hit at first, work complications, problems outsourcing animation to the studio Gainax, and the banned episode Wrasslin' Maniacs where SpongeBob and Patrick beat up Squidward, Hillenburg is fired from the show in 2002.
Tommy Boy's Return, the sequel to Tommy Boy, releases in theaters. It is considered a cult classic today.
2000: Battlefield Earth is released in theaters to be a huge success, ending up the 8th highest grossing film of the year. This would cause an interest in works by L. Ron Hubbard, making the Church of Scientology a rising religion. Battlefield Earth 2 would later release in 2003 to similar acclaim.
4Kids is bought by Warner Communications. As a result, more anime airs on Kids WB.
The Atari Cougar, Atari's final console before being bought by Jakks Pacific in 2002, is released. It is a cult classic console.
Tim Burton's Wizard of Oz gains mixed to positive reviews, and makes the top 10 list of highest grossing films of the year.
2001: Grand Theft Auto III, the third entry in the GTA series is cancelled following 9/11. The game would later redevelop into Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, which was released in 2004.
Spy Kids, Quentin Tarantino's first kids' film is released in theaters to mixed reviews, but becomes a cult classic. Two more sequels were released in the two years after it, all would get the same fate.
During 9/11, Kevin James dies after being squished by falling debris from the North Tower.
2002: Netflix, the world's first ever online streaming service for film and TV, launches. They release their first Netflix Original - an epic drama gangster film called American Gangster starring Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe and directed by Ridley Scott - five years later on November 2, 2007, after buying the distribution rights from Universal Pictures (who were set to be the original proprietors). All of their films and series are also given DVD and/or Blu-ray releases, courtesy of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, who owns the home media rights to Netflix Original films/series etc.
2003: Call of Duty, a war shooter game, sells 200,000 copies, making for poor sales. No sequels are planned. The Battlefield series gains from this.
Star Trek: The Original Generation, a Star Trek prequel series, airs for two seasons on Fox before cancellation.
Sony launches the American feed of 24-hour anime channel Animax, which overtakes Adult Swim's Toonami in popularity.
Sylvester Stallone becomes Governor of California until 2011.
TIME names Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein as Person of the Year due to being "One of the great dictators of the modern age".
2004: Fallout 3 releases on Windows to high ratings, saving Interplay from bankruptcy. They would later release 2 console games, Fallout 4 and Fallout 5. Many spinoff games would be made.
Hillenburg's company United Plankton Pictures makes the Newgrounds webseries The Motherfucking Patchy the Pirate Show, focusing on the misadventures of Patchy the Pirate.
2005: Minecraft, a web browser game is released by Mojang with the help of a team that planned a game known as Terraria, where it would be very successful until 2009, when a 3D version for Java was released. It is currently owned by Microsoft, who still makes updates for it.
SpongeBob SquarePants is quietly cancelled due to declining ratings.
FOX airs The Office, an American adaptation of the British mockumentary series of the same name, airing until 2013 for nine seasons. It becomes one of the most memorable sitcoms of all time, winning several Emmys. Mr. Blue Sky becomes the theme song.
2006: Warner Communications contacts Hillenburg for an adult-only SpongeBob reboot.
Night at the Museum is released to mixed reviews as it becomes a box-office bomb. With plans for a sequel dead in the water, Fox sells the rights to Sony in 2007 who plans to reboot the series, but also keep the distribution rights for the original film.
Blockbuster buys Netflix, moving the website to Blockbuster.com, and naming it Blockbuster Online. After all of its stores were closed, it becomes Blockbuster+.
2007: Kanye West dies in a car crash before his album Graduation releases, causing him to be mourned. This would lead to many people buying the album, creating a short-lived rap revival that would temporarily mark the end of gangsta rap until 2010.
Owen Wilson commits suicide. In discussions about the "Frat Pack", he is replaced by Steve Carell and Paul Rudd. Drillbit Taylor and Tropic Thunder are both dedicated to his memory. Plans for a sequel to Cars are cancelled by Pixar and Disney.
2007-2011: Identically similar to events in our world, screenwriter Simon Monjack and actress and "Clueless" sensation Brittany Murphy (who still starred in this alternate reality's version of the 1995 film "Clueless", but here she instead co-stars with rising co-stars Sarah Michelle Gellar playing Cher, and Regina Hall playing Dionne) are about to marry back in May 2007, but Murphy calls the marriage to Monjack off at the exact same wedding. This causes a scandal that briefly kills her good reputation, and gets her blacklisted in Hollywood (for a while). In this alternate history, Simon Monjack is put in prison for attempting murder on Brittany Murphy, but here, is killed by a crazed cellmate whilst serving time (said crazed cellmate also happens to be a fan of Brittany Murphy). Brittany Murphy then moves to an apartment complex in New York in 2008, ditching Hollywood for good and starting a musical career.
Natalie Portman, a fairly successful but struggling rising young TV actress, is having a hard time finding work in Hollywood due to the failure of the Star Trek prequel television series Star Trek: The Original Generation. She co-starred in the series alongside Hayden Christensen, Ewan McGregor, and Samuel L. Jackson. While the then 56-57 year old Jackson at least got to have a successful career in Hollywood (due to being a Christopher Nolan regular), Christensen and McGregor were rejected by the industry; Christensen started an indie rock band while McGregor then went on to become a successful UFC fighter, but would then become very scandalous as he suffers from numerous arrests and an intense drug addiction. McGregor would then unfortunately die young from a drug overdose on December 7, 2008. Going back to Portman, she would become an indie darling in independent cinema, however her career would be cut short when she would die in a car crash on July 19, 2009, just one month and ten days after her 28th birthday. She was last seen in a DTV thriller called "Abandoned", which released in March 2010. Her death leads to tributes from co-stars and fans alike.
In December 2009, Brittany Murphy is then offered the lead role in Darren Aronofsky's upcoming psychological horror film "Black Swan", about a troubled ballerina. The film would co-star Melanie Lynskey as the troubled ballerina's rival, and like in our world, Winona Ryder, Barbara Hershey, and Vincent Cassel. The film released in December 2010 (like in our world), to rave reviews, with critics calling it Brittany Murphy's finest appearance yet. Murphy would then take home the Best Actress Oscar as well as the Best Dramatic Performance in a Movie Golden Globe for her performance in the film in 2011. Murphy would then continue her acting career following a big career boost, as well as her singing/musical career at the same time. In fact, she releases a fairly successful debut album in March 2011 simply called "Brittany", to positive reviews. It would then become the best selling musical album of the year, even winning her a Grammy in 2012.
2008: Bulletman, the highest grossing film of the year, marks the beginning of the successful Fawcett Cinematic Universe (FCU). It would enter the National Film Registry in 2020.
During the premiere of Tropic Thunder, Tom Cruise announces his retirement from entertainment and Scientology. He spends the rest of his life quietly as a Buddhist in England. As Dwayne Johnson takes Tom's place, Paramount announces plans to reboot the Mission: Impossible franchise (though nothing comes from it).
SpongeBob XXX, an adult SpongeBob reboot, airs on AMC alongside Breaking Bad. SpongeBob XXX would be universally panned, airing only 3 episodes out of a made 6 (all were later put on DVD). It is known for being one of the worst animated series of all time.
Iron Age, a film fully funded by UNESCO, is made as the first film of an IRL cinematic universe. It gets nominated for Best Picture at the Oscars, like every film in the IRLCU after it.
2009: Adventure Time, a cartoon by Pendleton Ward, airs on Nickelodeon. It becomes one of Nickelodeon's highest-rated cartoons, airing until 2016. Many people would call it an animation trailblazer, leading to Nick approving more "lore-based" shows.
Half-Life 3 comes out, and continues the high ratings of the Half-Life franchise, making games well until 2017 (counting spinoffs).
Some people would compare it to Regular Show, who they saw as Cartoon Network's equivalent to Adventure Time.
Discord, a discussion site, is released, becoming popular with gamers.
Liam Gallagher has a near-fatal drug overdose after the breakup of Oasis. Finding peace with his brother, Oasis reunites in 2012, releasing a new album in 2015. They still perform.
Amy Winhouse retires after a heavy intervention. She still occasionally produces for Adele.
2011: Fortnite Battle Royale by Epic Games is released to the public. It becomes extremely popular, and is still played today.
2012: Pixar's Newt, a film that came due to the cancellation of Wreck-It Ralph (some claim due to the problems of getting permission from game companies) is released and barely breaks even. It would start a dark age for Pixar, which would continue with Brave and Cars 2.
It would also play a key part in George Lucas refusing to give away Lucasfilm, due to Disney's perceived slump.
After Hillenburg's company dissolves, he becomes the cartoon reviewer Stevey Shark for Channel Awesome.
Jim Carrey dies of a heart attack.
2013: Doug Walker leaves Channel Awesome, leaving Stevey Shark to be the new star. Markiplier, MrEnter, and MatPat would later join Channel Awesome among others.
The Freedom Tower is made to replace the original North Tower destroyed in the attack. Memes would arise from the comparison between the towers.
2014: A Day With Patchy the Pirate, a half-hour short made by Hillenburg, airs on YouTube as Channel Awesome's first foray into animation. It has a troubled production due to being funded online, and would be panned upon release.
Robin Williams survives a suicide attempt, and launches his own suicide prevention program. He would then star in the 2016 drama Uncut Gems by Christopher Nolan, playing crime lord Howard Ratner, giving him a Best Actor Oscar.
2015: Star Wars - Episode VII: The Force Awakens, featuring Darth Maul and Darth Talon as antagonists, is released, becoming the highest grossing film of the year. Two more sequels were made in 2017 and 2019.
2016: John K. dies from multiple scolerosis. Bob Camp takes over as showrunner of Ren and Stimpy.
2017: Growing Around, a new YouTube webseries made by Stephen Hillenburg & Johnathan Rozanski, about a world where grown-ups switch with kids, is released. Despite gaining positive reviews, both the downfall of Channel Awesome and Hillenburg & Rozanski's heinous acts would result in Markiplier buying the license, airing it on his webseries Unus Annus for one last season, ending in 2020.
Chester Bennington survives his suicide attempt. Linkin Park would make its newest album in December of 2020.
2018: Donald Trump starts The Trump Experience, a very popular podcast.
2019: Season 3 of Gravity Falls comes out to near-universal acclaim.
