Molluscum contagiosum std pictures

Earlier, I was in my garden and I found a new, white flower I hadn’t seen before and I used an app (PictureThis) to identify it. It’s called a campion. I then dropped a coworker off on the Appalachian Trail for a 5 day hike, and on my way back, there was a huge pileated woodpecker in the middle of the road. I pulled over, picked it up, and walked it back to my car. It didn’t look injured, just stunned. I put it in a tree and it flew away and left me a feather.
I went home and found a baby fawn nested in my yard. Then, I went into my barn to look for string to trellis my peas, and I found a nest with three baby warbler chicks in it. I went back into the garden and started to transplant some strawberry starts my neighbor (a chimney sweep) gave to me, and a car slowed down to ask for directions.
It was the chair of UVA’s biology department. He explained that he and two other scientists with him were looking for a small white flower called a campion, but they weren’t having any luck… The same flower I found this morning!
I showed him the flower and he got really excited. He explained that this flower is interesting because it has male and female plants, XX and XY. The XY plants become infected with a fungus, which they then shoot out spores of instead of pollen. The fungus then is carried by bees from the XY plants to the female plants. Once the female plants are infected, they change sex. It’s basically an STD. Trans plants!
The plant only blooms when the sun isn’t out, and so often you see it painted on medieval paintings that depict openings to the underworld near the cavernous entrance to hell. It’s also in the unicorn tapestries, like the Unicorn Rests in the Garden. I cut off a little one and put it next to my dad’s ashes.

Summer is right around the corner and I'm looking forward to something hot and passionate with my one and only special gentleman. It started out very slow, and I didn’t realize what it was until I went to the derm to get a “skin tag” (it was a molluscum) removed 3 months ago. I believe I got it from waxing or swimming/gym.
All my spots are pretty small/new. It’s so hard to even tell and treat them. Picture is of my thigh now 4 days post cryo. I also have some on my other thigh and bum, but this area seems to be worse. I think I have 3 in my armpit as well that did not get cryo’d (just noticed them).
I’ve had cryo 3 times. I’m using tretinoin in the morning and at night on any spot (and lately just all over my thigh). The derm just prescribed me Imiquimod to use daily. (12 packets. I’m using a packet a day and will run out). I’m a little worried about the long term affects of using imiquimod and saw some horrific pictures of people’s open sore/wounds/redness from using it.
I’m taking zinc and cimetidine after reading some studies to support my immune system. I’m using a heat pad daily for 30 mins on each area (both thighs and bum-1.5 hrs of heat pad total) (there’s some studies about heat at 111* helping).
I’ve scheduled an apt with a new derm who according to their website does pulse dye laser treatment. It seems like the number of people using PDL for molluscum is low. I’m crossing my fingers she will offer it to me.
I’m using a new towel daily. Washing molluscum areas with hibicles. Not shaving. Not exfoliating. Washing my hands constantly (itched my knee which is 5 inches from a molluscum? Wash hands.). Always wearing pants or knee length shorts. Not touching or picking or itching them.
I’ve decided to cut sugar completely (whole30 style) in the hopes it’ll help my immune system. (I’ve done whole30 a few times, I’m not worried about that).
What should I be doing different?
I want to have sex with my husband who has eczema. He’s been checked and doesn’t have any. We’re not having any body to body sexual contact until this ends.
I’m so frustrated (in every way). I’ve sobbed about this and feel a lot of stress.

36M here. Trying to get confirmation if this is Molluscum Contagiosum. If it is should I speak with my PCP or Dermatologist?

I've been sitting on this for a little while now and I've hit the point where any questions I have about it I can't fully answer on my own. To make a long story short for a while I've wanted to simulate random bullet spread in this game to figure out how much of a difference it makes. Doing that in TF2 would be slow and have a ton of errors but if I could figure out how to simulate it externally, that would allow me to create extremely large amounts of data and test a lot of scenarios. The problem is I didn't understand how random bullet spread works, specifically what makes it random.
How does random spread work?
To figure that out first I looked at the code. Searching about this topic always lead me back to the same /truetf2 thread and this comment which links to TF2-Base and has this chunk of code:

 // Get circular gaussian spread. float x, y; x = RandomFloat( -0.5, 0.5 ) + RandomFloat( -0.5, 0.5 ); y = RandomFloat( -0.5, 0.5 ) + RandomFloat( -0.5, 0.5 ); 

This seemed useful because it at least implies they are handling the angles in x and y rather than using some other coordinates but it also raised some questions. If I assumed the function RandomFloat was gaussian, why are two calls being added together? I also wasn't sure if the arguments passed were limits being placed on it or something else. Digging further I got to this file with another relevant code block.

From a quick google search I did find that this is a way to approximate gaussian distributions but with only two it should like basically like a triangle instead of a smooth gaussian. There are a few reasons I could think of why they did it this way but the important thing is they return values between -1 and 1, which implies the variables scale some other value.
Every tf2 weapon has a ctx file that holds variables about it and the shotgun has four, one for each class and they are basically identical. In each of those there is a variable named Spread with a value of 0.0675. That's far too small to be degrees but for radians it seems about right and implies that the random pellets from a shotgun can take a maximum angle of 0.0675 radians from center in x and y.
All of this would be relatively simple to simulate but I couldn't find hard numbers on the fixed spread pattern and wasn't sure the values even meant what I thought they did. TF2-Base as far as I'm aware isn't the actual code as well, so maybe whatever Valve has internally is different. So I decided to test it.
Experiment setup
I created a map that contained a single room with one wall textured with the solid blue dev texture. The bullet decals were all replaced with a small gradient so they were identical and easier to see compared to the default. On accident I also discovered that setting decals to 9 removes the single perfectly accurate shot, which is lucky because it simplified processing later.
To run the test I selected engineer and bound a single key that would shoot and call impulse 101 to reload. A python script would automatically send a keypress, wait for the recoil to settle, then take a screenshot (which was also cropped to just a small region the bullets could land in). I let this run for a couple hours and generated about 3,800 screenshots. I could have also toyed with the host timescale to speed up this process but I was worried it could possibly have other effects that might invalidate all of this.
Data Processing
Making the wall solid blue made processing the data very simple. At first I intended to make the decal red, but alpha weirdness I don't understand made them black. That meant all I had to do was select the blue channel and then invert the image so that all the decals went to the max value and the wall texture went to zero. This was passed to a function that can find local maxima and it would return the location of each pellet. I had also taken a single screenshot of the fixed spread pattern and another where I used the measure texture. These gave me a perfect center and a conversion to hammer units from pixels. From this data I converted back until I could determine the angles in x and y. Some shots did overlap and were lost but they shouldn't dramatically effect the end result.

Results
As expected, the maximum magnitude for the angles was about 0.065. Getting exactly 0.0675 would be unexpected because it is the least common value and there is going to be some error. A histogram below shows all of the angles I found:

Unexpected Findings
This is where things started to get weird. I had created a scatter plot of each shot and after a while realized it didn't have enough points.

3,800 shots times 9 (with some losses) should be over 30,000 individual points easily. There should be overlap in the middle where they are closer to max probability but even then the center should be nearly colored in. As it turns out a lot pellets were landing in the same spots. Even stranger is that I was getting exactly repeated shots. The example shot from the first image occurred 23 times. I didn't test for any symmetries so it's possible those also occurred.
I've come up with a few theories on what is going on:

1. TF2 is using a table based random number generator. This is how Doom handled random numbers, at least partially for demo compatibility and it did have effects in game. Some weapons couldn't deal the maximum damage the gamecode implied elsewhere but can in sourceports that change how this work. Of the theories this one is the least likely, but it's not impossible.
   
2. The RNG used is bad. There are a bunch of ways to create bad RNG but unless it was a mistake I can't think of a reason why they would stick with it. A good RNG shouldn't have significantly more performance overhead.
   
3. New seeds are frequently generated from player input. Of the options this seems the most likely because if it is the case I created the worst possible scenario. There is only one player input occurring and since it is automated it should be almost exactly the same. There isn't mouse input that should be a good source for seeding, no real inconsistency in key press time, and there is nothing else that should be calling the RNG to help advance it. The other related possibility is that maybe calling impulse 101 or any of the other tweaks I made are causing an issue.
   
4. I screwed up in some other way I haven't thought of. This one I view as the second most likely explanation.
   

One of my reasons for sharing this now is that I am not sure how to figure out the correct results. I can think of some ways to test out option 3 but they would significantly complicate scripting and possibly require active input which would be tedious. If that is the reason I got weird repeats, the data would be useful in implying that the code is working the way I'm assuming it does.
The other reason for sharing is if it does turn out to be issue 2 or 1, that could imply other effects that I haven't tested. These things are unlikely to be noticed in game, but if we for example knew shotguns with random spread almost always put more pellets to the left of the crosshair that may be significant. Or it's option 4 and I can't find the problem on my own.

I'm (24f) and I'm pregnant in my first trimester. My bf (27m) and I have been dating for a year and half and this morning I went through his old phone that just got disconnected while he was at work and found texts of him going going to a happy ending massage parlor. This is after he spent a couple days with my family this week, we saw an ultrasound of the fetus, and have been talking about being a family and having a kid together for more than a month. I just got STD tested a couple months ago and I was negative of everything, but now I am freaking out about having something new because I've been intimate with him since I found out I was pregnant and also after he supposedly went to the massage parlor...... I am now planning on traveling out of state to get an abortion since it is illegal after 6 weeks in Georgia. He is very narcissistic, manipulative, controlling and he has put his hands on me a few times. He gets livid if I spend just five extra minutes at work and has called me up to 100 times before if I don't answer the phone. He questions who I'm trying to impress when I'm wearing makeup and going out. He does not go one day without accusing me of doing something.This morning on his phone I also saw messages of SEVERAL other women he's talked to since we started dating and has offered a hotel room to meet them in. I have tried breaking up with him while and before I was pregnant and he doesn't let me. He has threatened suicide if I left him. He comes off to be a Christian, talks about God all the time and says he's a man of God. He also gets very angry if I bring up adoption for the kid and he said he would rather be dead than be separated while we have a kid and he has t pay child support. I honestly am relieved I found this out now before I had a kid with him and am just shocked because I never thought he would do this.
My goal now is to see if I can take any legal action for emotional abuse/distress and domestic violence? Prostitution is obviously illegal, but I'm assuming he would only get charged if he was caught in the act? I have pictures of the texts he sent the parlor asking "for a beautiful girl" and if "debit is okay?", their address and their phone number. I would like him to get charged for that, but I don't think customers are charged, just the people running the place? He doesn't know I know anything and I will not be saying anything. If anyone could give me any advice on pursuing legal action for this that would be great.

I first noticed MC symptoms in early February. Diagnosed myself via Dr Google, and got it confirmed at the sexual health clinic. They said just wait out it, and gave me a factsheet saying it could take 18 months. Fuck that! I mentioned cryo but they said they don't usually do that (this is in the UK, so treatment would have been free if they offered it, or I could have gone private and paid I guess.) I didn't push it, thought I'd try and sort it myself first.
I had about 12 bumps a couple of weeks after noticing the first one - 2 on the base of my penis, 2 on my scrotum, 3 on my pubic area / lower abdomen and 5 on my thighs. First thing I used was Molludab (5% KOH / potassium hydroxide solution) - this is available on Amazon, in the UK at least. This worked on all of them except the ones on my genitals. They got inflamed, some scabbed over and fell off, some just inflamed then faded away, some burst. Took a couple of weeks. There was a little redness / scarring that disappeared after a month or 2. The molludab is pretty strong stuff, so use it sparingly.
One of them was right under the waistband of my boxer shorts, and it burst and spread a little blood. Where that blood had spread, 2 more bumps popped up. Lesson learned - when they look ready to scab or burst, put a hydrocolloid plaster on them. A couple more appeared on my thighs and lower abdomen, but the molludab dealt with them pretty quickly.
For the ones on my genitals, I then tried something called Healthyderm Molluscum Contagiosum Treatment from Amazon. This is basically tea tree oil and alcohol, with a few other ingredients. It would really dry them out, then the dry skin would peel off. A bit gross, but I persevered. This took about a month, using it 2 or 3 times a day, until they disappeared.
I was clear!
Other things I did:
Shower every day and change underwear every day (I already did this anyway), and dry the affected areas with paper towels. I didn't go mad with the towel or bedsheet washing.
Take multivitamin and mineral tablets and cod liver oil - basically vitamin D ( I already did this anyway)
Continue to work out (mainly lifting weights) to keep my immune system up (even on days when the whole MC thing was really getting me down and I struggled with motivation.)
Been clear for 6 weeks now, hopefully that's the end of it.
You will get through this, and once it's gone it will just seem like it was a bad dream. Good luck, everyone!

About a month or 2 ago I had unprotected sex(I know I'm a dumbass) and I completely forgot to get myself tested in the following weeks. I just got reminded of it these last few days as I started to notice red dots all over my hands. I got a sore out of nowhere on both my lips. My feet felt like I was constantly stepping on harsh floor. And lastly it was hard to swallow especially the first day. After doing some research I quickly deduced that I definitely had some std/sti.
So I went to the clinic and got a full test. They said the results should take about 1-3 days but does anyone know if clinics mean business days or just days in general? The reason I ask is because if they don't give me my results today then I might have to wait until Monday and these sores hurt way too much to wait that long. But I also already paid the clinic the $100 plus they said free treatment if I test positive which I know I will. But if I decide to go to urgent care would they have to wait for me to get my results back too or can they prescribe some general antibiotics to at least start the healing process?
I'm so frustrated cause Tuesday is my bday and I'm gonna look gross for pictures and just being around family in general. Any advice would help and be appreciated. Also feel free to call me a dumbass for not getting tested right away. I am in pain 💔

Received my yearly STD screening back and I’m confused by the results of the HEP A AB IGM test.
As the pictures will show, the test flagged as abnormal, result was indeterminate, and Range / units was negative.

The reason for my confusion is that I am vaccinated against HEP A in September 2001 and was under the impression that it provided life long immunity. I cannot find a definitive answer through reading on what I need to do with this test and would appreciate a professional helping me with interpreting these results.
